Fees: The cost to advertise your property is 25 Australian Dollars, your ad will run for a maximum of 18 month or until sold which ever is first.
We can change this fee at any time without notice if we so elect. 
Payment of fee is through www.paypal.com.au or by direct deposit to our bank account or by personal cheque or money order by surface mail. Your ad will be online when payment is cleared. Please see also Fees and Payments as detailed on the Home Page of our Internet Site www.sellingprivate.com.au

You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership with the Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect for using the Service, or add new fees or charges, by posting new fees and changes on the site from time to time. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the Service through an Internet access provider or other third party service, including but not limited to telephone charges. YOU, AND NOT WE, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORISED BY YOU.

Cancel your Ad: Whether you changed your mind regarding selling your property or business or have sold it or for what ever reason; Send us a E-mail
to tell us to cancel your ad. The E-mail you sending us must come from the e-mail you correspond with us when you listed your property. It must contain
your full Name/s , address, phone number. (otherwise anyone could cancel your ad..)
