| Question: Why can't I do my private sale listing online? |
| Answer: Because we do it the old
fashion way, you supply all info by e-mail and we create a
individual listing for you which you will be able to use for
other ad's like when you advertise your property in the
newspaper or in a magazine. |

| Question: Photos, what size should they
be? |
| Answer: It would be ideal if you could
make them around 100 to 200 kb each, this would also make it
easier for you to e-mail them to us. Don't worry if u can't, we
can reduce them to the right size. |

| Question: What if I haven't got 12 to 15
Pictures?? |
| Answer: No Problem, we put up what
you give us as long it is not more then 15. |

| Question: Can I make changes to my ad? |
| Answer: Yes you can. It would be
nice though if you could get it right the first time when supplying
your ad. For changes send us an e-mail, stating the STATE,
the Ad Number and the changes you like to include. You
must use the e-mail address that corresponds with your ad so we
know it is you the owner of the ad. |

| Question: Can I change my pictures? |
| Answer: We prefer that you would not
change pictures unless you absolutely must. If you do have to,
send them by e-mail, using the e-mail address you use on your
ad, tell us in which STATE your ad is and what Number your ad
has. It does create a lot of extra work for us. We will charge
10 Dollars for picture changes. |

| Question: What Contact Information should
I show on my ad? |
| Answer: As much as you like, You can
have your name displayed, your phone number or e-mail is a MUST
HAVE, you mobile, fax or even a mailing address.
We would suggest that you display your e-mail and your phone and
mobile number on the ad. |

| Question: How do I cancel my ad? |
| Answer: Send us a e-mail, using the
e-mail address that you use in your ad, tell us which STATE your
ad is in and what Number your ad is. |

| Question: How do I pay for the ad? |
Answer: We accept payment by PayPal. If you want to pay using your credit card
you will need to select payment by PayPal. We use PayPal which is a
well established secure method of payment. You do not have to be a
PayPal member to pay by credit card. You can securely pay using a
credit card through PayPal 24 hours a day. Alternatively if you are a
PayPal member you can pay with your PayPal balance.

| Answer: Send us an e-mail asking us
for our bank details so you can direct deposit. |

cheque? |
| Answer: Yes you can, send it to the
address below and make it payable to Kurt Joss, you can mail
your fotos and listing also if you like or you can e-mail that
and just send the money by cheque or money order, either way is
fine with us, thank you. We will upload you listing when funds
are cleared. |

in your pages? |
| Answer: We are just starting off and
all good things take time, good thing is that your property will
get a lot more exposure this way. |
